I wait till I've gotten a complaint about that rdm, then I bring the victim and the rdm'er, then I ask the rdm'er why did you rdm him, and if he says a lie, or anything else thats not true I would warn him for lying to a staff, and then I would warn him for rdm, and if he continued what he was doing rdming and lying to other staff or just me, then I would  ban him for a week or two for MassRDM, lying to a staff.[/b][/u] [u][b]Someone Spam's In Admin Chat on the server when your Busy? What would you Do? I was politely tell him to stop what he is doing, and if he continues I would get another staff to deal with it, and if he still continues if he wasn't banned then I would just mute him for a couple minutes, and warn him.[/b][/u] [b][u]Someone RDA what do you do?  I noclip somewhere private so I don't disturb anyones roleplaying, then I ask him why did you rda, then I warn him or give him a verbal warning if he is new.[/u][/b] [u][b]Someone Joins the Server But doesn't know the Rules? -1 Really on the RDA and RDM and the questions from there you should have checked logs for the person that rdmed or rda'd.
